Summary: An excellent location. Rooms are nice. Mattress a bit on the soft side (I guess depends on what you like). Showers and bath nice. Restaurant is decent priced and the food that we had was excellent. Cleaning can be bit more attentive to detail. But overall a great place to stay.

Summary: We loved our superior corner room with heated bathroom floors! Very clean room. Walked to Auckland cruise port with luggage (5 or 6 minutes). Restaurant in property and 4 or 5 others than 1/2 block away. Great location for us. All staff encountered were knowledgeable and friendly.
